Our industry is one that poses many questions, don’t be shy to ask a question. We are here to help.

Sometimes customers require our services at very short notice. We can usually accommodate rush jobs depending on the size of the project and how full our production schedule is. These jobs are usually subjected to an additional charge on the flat hourly rate.

Once we have received the final payment, we will supply all electronic files via e-mail. For print jobs, you will also receive high resolution PDFs, which can be taken to a printer of your choice.

Unfortunately unless you can use relevant softwares designers use, you will not be able to view the source files or make alterations. The main software packages we use are Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro and Corel Draw.

Copyright for all work carried out by Nyamz Graphics Designers transfers to the client as soon as the balance has been settled in full. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes and features in our portfolios.

We accept payment in the form of cash or electronic transfer. ECOCASH, ZIPIT, VISA OR PAYPAL

For projects where the quote is under $500, we require an initial payment representing fifty percent of the total fee, before we can commence work on your project. The remainder of the balance is payable upon completion of the job.

 

For projects where the quote is over $500, we require an initial payment of one-third of the total fee, before we can commence work on your project. As the project progresses we will require payment for the second one-third at the halfway point. The remaining one-third of the balance is payable upon completion of the job.

Your branding and marketing materials are often the first point of contact with potential customers. You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression, and therefore your communication materials need to convey the right image. A design agency will produce marketing materials that will help to impress upon potential customers the professionalism of your company and the service you offer. By producing your own marketing materials you run the risk of appearing amateurish, meaning the loss of potential customers.

Once you are happy with your quote, we spend some time talking to you to get a feel for your business and learn how best to communicate your required material. We then design some rough drafts for you to look over. You choose the look you are happiest with and we take it from there – tweaking and refining the design as needed. Once you are completely happy with the graphic design and have approved it, we finalise the design. We prepare your print-ready artwork and that’s it. You are then ready to go to print or use your graphics for online use.

Every job is different and every deadline is different. Really you should allow sufficient time for the designing and proofing of your work. If your deadline is very tight, we will do our  best to complete your work within this time. We will, of course, advise at the time of the work. We haven’t missed a deadline yet and don’t intend to in the future!
